PVM Vietnam used to have countless services, licenses with different expired time, whether it is Domain, SMTN or Digital signatures, Maintenance and support, our services required longer approval time which caused delaying renewal time or negotiation. Moreover, some services or licenses were managed by individual department, inconveniently for these items to run smoothly and inter-departmentally, securities needed to implement for multiple departments for each license. Additionally, our data is stored unstructured, also difficult to keep track and be informed quickly in just a glance.
Apparently, creating a platform where all data and information are stored yet decentralized by items needed to be deployed. Before, storing, updating, and analyzing information using only Microsoft Excel is no longer an ideal tool. Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Teams, Sharepoint Online…etc) – the user-friendly low code platform for digital transformation came in handy while all app templates are ready to use, all data and information are stored and available to view but also confidential.
After fully considering the struggle, Xtechs has implemented their knowledge about PowerApps on Client tenant. This allows employees and managers to interact directly on the modern workplace called Microsoft Teams, only on the permitted items. Likewise, for their employees, they can only edit the ticket or items that has been assigned to. A role-based dashboard where any “passenger” to unpermitted item could only view, unable to edit.
Moreover, this also allows client to manage their timeline efficiently, as Service Level Agreement (SLA) is automatically reminded to the employees and managers. Information is secured while being transparent is what Xtechs being able to offer.

Fortunately, PVM Vietnam has been familiar with Microsoft 365 (O365) and Microsoft Teams, they adapted quickly to the new tool. This is a strategic step of Xtechs where they develop the new tool and service on a familiar platform, to help employees to easily adjust and adapt.
Automatizing repetitive steps will allow them to spend more time on analyzation steps. Not only they could easily keep track of which update or change for their item has been made, they could also see the overview update of others.
